From the moment my family and I first walked in the door, the young lady at the front desk, Rachel, was very polite, professional and extremely helpful. I felt very welcomed. She noticed we were traveling with a toddler and made it a point to let me know it was a walk in shower instead of a tub. She was very accommodating and moved us to a room with a tub. She made sure I knew all about the hotel, asked if I needed linens for the pull out sofa bed (no place ever asks and I always forget to ask and have to come back to the front desk, made sure to tell us they have free cookies, coffee and hot cocoa 24/7 and was just all around very pleasant to work with. She made out 2 day stay there nice. The breakfast was always hot, fresh and if they were out of something, there was no problem getting more. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and juice. The room was very clean and cared for. Room was big enough to fit 3 queen beds in. Bathroom was clean and the towels didn't have that rough hotel feel/smell. They had a nice pool and 24 hr laundry facilities which we took advantage of. Over all this hotel was just what my family and I needed. Thank you for the great service and the pleasant stay!

Check in and check out went perfect, very clean nice place, the staff was very friendly and we called on our way just to double check and confirm we were on our way, the lady was very kind and answered all our questions very professional, it’s in a good location, we went to global vision New Years service and it is very close to the church and very close to places to eat, so this worked perfect for us. Breakfast was good, we had two teenage boys with us, so this was a plus, they had good coffee, and extra snacks and food like pot pies, hot pockets that you could purchase extra, this was helpful as it was late when we got back to hotel from our event. Room 301 had two beds (seemed more like double beds than queen beds but were plenty big for us) there was also a nice big couch that also pulled out into a bed, so this is a great room for teenagers, there was an iron and hair dryer. They had everything we needed…shampoos soap ect. Prices were about the same for a New Years weekend across the hotels. Place was very clean!!! The breakfast was good . Thank you!!!

The turn in for the hotel was a bit difficult to see, but there was ample turn ins to reroute and try again. Once we figured it out, it wasn't a continued issue throughout our trip in Mt Juliet.

I never got up in time of breakfast bc the room was so comfortable, that I didn't want to get out of bed. Very clean! whenever you first walk through the door to check in you can smell the cleanliness and visually see it. The room itself was nice and spacious, very clean with a small almost living room type area so you don't feel like its just a bed with a desk and tv. Nice clean spacious bathroom as well. The location of this hotel is excellent. Restaurants and gas stations are walking distance, so if you need a bite to eat you don't need to start your car up, also Wal-Mart and Sports Academy is right around the corner. Its plenty of places to go shopping and different variety fo places to dine in if you don't feel like going into the city of Nashville.

Extremely clean, large rooms, daily housekeeping service, buffet breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles. Convenient location beside interstate. Very pleased with our visit.

The staff was super welcoming! Great location with lots to do in town and only 20mins away from Nashville! Beautiful, clean, spacious and super comfy rooms with wonderful amenities! Great hot breakfast every morning as well! We plan on visiting Nashville again soon and will definitely be staying here again because of such an awesome facility, staff and location!

Friendly employees, nice room, nice location but not super easy to find, There was a pool but didn't get to use it. Fitness center, quiet, good breakfast, coffee, tea, 3pm cookies, close restaurants and shopping. Had good soaps and lotion, that's a perk. Pretty comfy beds.
